iNRCORE, LLC announced a transformative partnership with the acquisition of Gowanda Components Group (“GCG”). Gowanda Components Group is a US-based designer & manufacturer of high-performance electronic components for high-reliability applications such as: medical devices, test & measurement, rail & communications infrastructure in addition to aerospace & defense. GCG is supported by several individual business units (Gowanda Electronics, DYCO Electronics, TTE Filters, RCD Components, other legacy brands) which will be added to iNRCORE’s growing portfolio. The incoming GCG brands bring a wide array of engineering capabilities, manufacturing specialties and diverse product offerings, backed by decades of high-performance industry experience. Along with the addition of Bicron Electronics Company earlier this year, the merging of iNRCORE and GCG will provide customers with a premier manufacturing partner, unified in its mission to provide the very best in high-performance custom magnetics. This partnership is a testament to the success and growth that both companies have generated over the years.
Gowanda Electronics, DYCO Electronics, TTE Filters, RCD Components, and other GCG legacy brands will continue to operate as a wholly-owned subsidiaries of iNRCORE, and their existing leadership will report directly to Sarah Harris, CEO and President of iNRCORE, LLC. This partnership will strengthen the breadth of iNRCORE’s power inductor, transformer, and resistor capabilities, while adding new a broadband conical inductor line and RF & microwave filter line to iNRCORE’s existing product mix. iNRCORE is eager to welcome these top-rate teams to its growing family of brands.
